Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel.

How can I stop receiving your emails?
Your membership in our program allows Marissa's Paid Mail to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from Marissa's Paid Mail without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members accept China, as long as they wish to participate in the program honestly and are able to read and understand English. India, Indonesia, Poland and Vietnam members may use cash earnings and point earnings on advertising only. No Cash Payouts for these four Countries. China Members are not allowed

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage (75%+) of the amount we earn.

When can I request payment?

There is no need to request payment. When your account reaches $1.00 you will automatically be paid once your account is validated. We do one mass payout at the end of each month.

You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area. Payments are made through Paypal, MoneyBookers, Check or Money Order.

Paypal fee is 5 cents for $1.00 Payout
MoneyBookers fee is .10 cents for $1.00 Payout
e-Gold fee is .10 cents for $1.00 Payout

When am I paid?
After your account has reached the minimum payout and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you as quickly as possible. Usually, payment will be within 7 days (Paypal); however, due to certain circumstances, payment may be delayed.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal, MoneyBookers and E-gold. Other methods of payment can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.


Go to the redemption page and see which option you qualify for. You can use points to advertise one of your other programs to the membership or exchange points for cash at the rate of 5 cents per 1000 points, if you do not redeem your points in a 90 day period we will do monthly point-to-cash conversion at the rate of 1 cent per 1000 points. Be sure to redeem your own points within the 90 or less depending on your signup date. The next point to cash conversion takes place on Feb 01, 2006. You must redeem your points by this time yourself at the rate of 5 cents per 1000 points or we will automatically redeem them ourselves at the rate of 1 cent per 1000 points. This is your responsibility if you want the higher rate.

Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral link to Marissa's Paid Mail on your website. You may add your referral link to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. We will not tolerate spam and will assist the appropriate authorities in prosecuting spammers to the fullest extent of the applicable laws.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral Links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn commissions on 3 levels of referrals as follows: Level 1 - 15% ; Level 2 - 5% ; Level 3 - 3%

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails and paid clicks received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent. Also, the scripts that power this site are programmed to calculate referral earnings for cash and points only one time per day, so your referral earnings may not show up immediately for a number of reasons. Just be patient and within 48 hours, you should see what you expect.
